Membership

Membership Requirements
Each
applicant, after being proposed and seconded by two members in good standing,
is considered by the Board of Trustees at a regular meeting. Upon approval,
notification of the application is posted on the Club bulletin board for a
period of two weeks. At that time, it is again considered by the Board and may
be passed or rejected. The applicant shall be notified.
There
are a number of Classes of Membership. A telephone call to the office of the
College Club will establish your classification. All Classes of members in the
Club shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the Club, except that
Non-Resident members, Surviving Spouse members, and Corinthian Yacht Club
members shall not be eligible to vote or to hold office in the Club.
Resignation
of membership shall be made to the Board of Trustees in writing.
A
member may be suspended or expelled for cause by a vote of two-thirds of the
Board of Trustees.
Initiation Fee
The initiation fees for various
classes of membership are as follows:

There is no excise tax on either dues
or initiation fees.

Monthly dues of membership by
classification are as follows:

All dues other than Non-Resident are
billed monthly, at the start of the month.
Non-Resident dues are billed at the
start of each quarter.
Any
account remaining unpaid for 45 days shall be posted, along with the name of
the member, on the Club bulletin board. If not paid with 90 days, the
membership may be forfeited and unpaid accounts turned over to an official
collection agency.
