 COLLEGE CLUB OF SEATTLE

Message from Peter Sparling, Club Manager

“For Pete’s Sake”

November/December 2007

With the holiday season upon us, the Entertainment Committee has been working hard planning the traditional Club events members have been accustomed to for many years.  As you know, we will be leaving our building in early 2008, a bittersweet affair.  Comments from members regarding the memories they have shared with family and friends are strong.  From hosting wedding parties for their daughters and sons to attending functions with fellow members, the Club holds lasting memories.   If this old building could talk, what stories it could tell, many dear to our hearts.  While brick and mortar house us, it’s the members who make up the true heart and soul of the College Club.  The Club has survived challenges and relocation in the past, and will do so again in our near future.  This season will be the last opportunity to partake in our holiday events in this facility. I encourage you to once again join the festivities, and make this season one to remember.

Warm Regards,

Peter Sparling
